Name: Rinoa Heartilly

| History: Rinoa has no memories of her mother beyond a small ring, her most precious possession, and she cannot claim [truthfully, at least] of being fond of any memories of her father, an Official of ShinRa. Born with all the material comforts that life could offer, Rinoa nevertheless wished only for the love and affection of others. The cold society of her father and class could never offer what she needed, however, and her beloved dog, Angelo, could only offer so much. For this reason, Rinoa turned to the servants of her household for the attention she so craved for. Befriending them over an odd set of years, Rinoa learned of the life beyond the gilden walls and grand lifestyle provided by her birth. After learning of the difficulties of others, Rinoa is now set upon improving life for everyone. Chafing against the boundaries placed by her over-protective father, she strives to help those of the other classes. However, so far, Rinoa has mostly been unsuccessful in any efforts and lives a life bored and bereft of action in any shape or form. |
